4:50 p.m.
This is day 3 without refined carbs. Yay! I've been pretty tired this afternoon and even took an hour and a half nap, but no chocolate cravings and my mood is good. Earlier today I was thinking how much more centered I feel off the chocolate and how my thoughts are much more positive. Still, I'm having trouble making decisions, which is aggravating--a function of the depression, I think.
